Exchanges & Returns

1. Can I return my product? How?

YES. You have 14 days to return your products. For obvious reasons, the bikini has to be in perfect conditions. Never used or worn. If you want to return a product you purchase, please email us at: info@shopnashiswimwear.com and tell us how we can best help you! 

We will take you through the easy process and return all the money back to your account as soon as we get the product :) Please note there is a $10 restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund.

2. Can I return a custom-made product?

When we do custom-made bikinis, we do NOT offer returns or exchanges. This swimwear are FINAL SALE. Please make sure to send your metrics whenever you buy a custom-made request so we can assure a perfect fit for you.

3. Can I order a product that is sold out?

YES. Because our stock is very limited, we are constantly taking pre-orders. Please email us to: info@shopnashiswimwear.com, to place your order. Send us your size and name of the style. Also, you could DM us on Instagram, saying the same. This orders take from 2-3 weeks until they are shipped.

4. Do you have somewhere I can try on the swimwear?

YES. This service is temporary : Click here to make an appointment.

5. Do you offer any Advice Service? Size metrics, ect?

YES. We do offer an advisement service. We get 24/7 questions about sizing and fitting, and we would love to help you choosing the dream swim for your body. Email us at: info@shopnashiswimwear.com

6. Worldwide Shipping? How long it takes? Do you offer express shipping? 

We do sell outside the USA. International orders take from 1-2 weeks after the payment is made. We deliver exclusively to Panama, Venezuela, Mexico or ANY address in the United States. We offer express shipping to all USA for an extra cost.

7. Do you offer Gift Card Certificate?
